We proudly offer complimentary repairs within five-days post service for any issues to lifting, chipping, cracking, or broken nails. Please note that design repairs may be excluded from this policy.

Exclusions for Regular Nail Polish
Our five-day guaranteed policy does not extend to regular nail polish, which is excluded from warranty protections. We recommend contacting us promptly should you have any concerns regarding regular nail polish.
Design Alterations
Please be aware that once a service is complete, no alterations in color or design can be made post-service. We take great care to achieve your desired look during your appointment.
