Complimentary Repairs
We proudly offer complimentary repairs within 5-days post service for any issues to lifting, chipping, cracking, or broken nails. Please note that design repairs may be excluded from this policy.
All Sales Are Final
We stand by the quality of our services. As such, all sales are considered final. This includes, but is not limited to, all physical and online gift cards, as well as gift certificates. We are committed to ensuring that your experience with us exceeds expectations.
Design Alterations
Please be aware that once a service is complete or confirmed, no alterations in colour or design can be made, during or post-service. We take great care to achieve your desired look during your appointment.
Exclusions for Regular Nail Polish
Our five-day guaranteed policy does not extend to regular nail polish, which is excluded from warranty protections. We recommend contacting us promptly should you have any concerns regarding regular nail polish.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their choice of colour and design selections. Our team is here to provide guidance and recommendations, but the final decision rests with you to ensure your satisfaction.
Children’s Services
Please note that our service guarantee does not apply to any services performed on children aged 10 years or younger. While every e+ort is made to provide excellent care, we are unable to extend warranty coverage for these services due to the natural wear and activity levels associated with younger clients.
Late Repair
In the event you are unable to return for repairs within the five-day period, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to addressing your concerns and finding a suitable solution that aligns with our commitment to professionalism and thoroughness.
